The practice of asanas is a practical method for purifying our relationships, ultimately revealing to us our true nature as not separate, but as interconnected with all beings.
In this workshop we will explore how we can utilize asanas to provide us with an opportunity to access and heal our relationship with ourselves and others.

Thinking outside of the block. Learn ways to make Ashtanga accessible that go beyond handing someone a block & strap, telling them to "do the best they can" or "sit and watch". You will learns outside the "block" tips and tricks to make Ashtanga work for your body, your students' bodies, different ages and levels of mobility.

From pickled veggies to kombucha, to beer or wine, fermented foods have been part of human nutrition and culture for a long time and now we know more about the great benefits we get from consuming them.
