A week of Mysore with Alexandra in Germany

Oct 11th - 16th


Monday to Friday: 5x Mysore classes (each 2 hrs)

Saturday: 1x Ashtanga LED class (2 hrs), with an opening talk about vinyasa count 

+ 1 Workshop (2.5 hrs) “Healthy Binds”, where we will explore shoulder and scapular mobility and different approaches to find freedom and space to create the necessary space to perform binds for spinal twists, forward bends and back bends.


Come and explore in a fun environment how you can access more ease in your practice with proper alignment and breathing technique.



Costa Rica Yoga retreat with Alexandra Santos

5 days (4 nights) of yoga practice under my guidance in a beautiful resort surrounded by marvelous nature, located close to the beach.


Daily program: 

7 - 9 am. Mysore practice

5 - 6 pm. Meditation, pranayama and chanting practice
