Costa Rica Yoga retreat with Alexandra Santos

5 days (4 nights) of yoga practice under my guidance in a beautiful resort surrounded by marvelous nature, located close to the beach.
7 - 9 am. Mysore practice
5 - 6 pm. Meditation, pranayama and chanting practice

North Carolina Yoga Retreat with Alexandra Santos

Join me for a weekend of yoga, meditation and exploring the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains, caverns and rivers. With only 8 students joining, this will be a wonderful opportunity to experience a Mysore practice with a small setup and all the attention you deserve. I’ll be your yoga teacher and your guide while we not only further our yoga practice but also immerse ourselves into the tranquility peace and serenity that nature has to offer.

Ashtanga intensive with Alexandra at Katowice (Poland)

I will be in Poland for the very first time, teaching at Ashtanga Yoga Katowice in a 3-day program:

A week of Mysore with Alexandra in Germany
Oct 11th - 16th
Monday to Friday: 5x Mysore classes (each 2 hrs)
Saturday: 1x Ashtanga LED class (2 hrs), with an opening talk about vinyasa count
+ 1 Workshop (2.5 hrs) “Healthy Binds”, where we will explore shoulder and scapular mobility and different approaches to find freedom and space to create the necessary space to perform binds for spinal twists, forward bends and back bends.
Come and explore in a fun environment how you can access more ease in your practice with proper alignment and breathing technique.
