Mark has spent his life long passion pursuing physical disciplines, in specific body-mind systems. He combines playfulness with a deep understanding of the body. 25 years of shotokan Karate, then a student of BKS Iyengar in Pune/India, more than 20 years of Ashtanga Yoga practice under Richard Freeman and Tim Miller, along with a daily self practice of asana and meditation. - Mark has a special love for the breath and has kept a strong pranayama practice since he first learned from Tim Miller.
