Join me for a 5 days (4 nights) living yoga in a beautiful resort.
Daily program:
7 - 9 am. Mysore practice
5 - 6 pm. Meditation, pranayama and chanting practic
With only 10 students joining, this will be a wonderful opportunity to experience a Mysore practice with a small setup and all the attention you deserve. I’ll be your yoga teacher and your guide while we not only further our yoga practice but also immerse ourselves into the tranquility peace and serenity that nature has to offer.
