Over 5 days we will be immersing ourselves into our yoga practice, surrounded by the beautiful nature in the Sacred Valley.
​
The Sacred Valley is a region in Peru's Andean highlands. Along with the nearby town of Cusco and the ancient city of Machu Picchu, it formed the heart of the Inca Empire. Stretching roughly 60 kilometers, it’s an area of fertile farmland and Spanish colonial villages like Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Pisac is known for its Sunday handicraft market and hilltop Incan citadel.

Ashtanga Senior Teacher from Sharath Yoga Center (Mysore, India) with 20 years of yoga practice and 12 years of meditation and pranayama practice as well.
Alexandra has dedicated the last 20 years to teach ashtanga and has traveled many times to continue studying with her teacher Sharath Jois.
A mother of three, she has welcomed yoga as an integral part of her life and is eager to share her experience.

Rafaela Goodman: A passionate chef and artist in the kitchen.
Rafaela has spent the last decade in the Sacred Valley catering world class vegetarian fusion cuisine to guests from around the world. She creates intuitive, medicinal meals that are as beautiful physically as they are delicious.
All meals of the day are included and prepared by Chef Rafaela.
